The picture on the left was taken in April of 2020 and the picture on the right was on in August 2020! 16 weeks between these 2 photos.
What changed? Ummm, EVERYTHING!!! But the main changes happened in the kitchen!
I dove into joining a 6 week FASTer Way to Fat Loss experience with one of my friends! I did NOT want to do it...but something had to change! I knew I needed it badly!!
After I got over myself and decided to put a little skin in the game, I embraced the process wholeheartedly. And I went ALL IN! I stopped eating all the processed, convenient garbage. I gave up gluten & dairy while implementing Intermittent fasting and carb cycling. I not only learned the concepts of these strategies but I learned why they were beneficial for my body.
Did you catch that? I learned WHY! I have gained a ton of knowledge and sheesh, that took feeling empowered to an entirely new level!
And I am changed….FOREVER!!
*Bloat - GONE
*Inflammation - GONE
*Energy - Higher than ever (My husband is just thrilled about this, since I'm already a LOT of energy!
*Sleep - DEEPER (snoring more, Larry is also thrilled with this result too.)
And I am NO longer intimidated or overwhelmed when I walk into the kitchen! WAHOO!!
My mind has been blown! I'm eating more than I ever have and working out 30 minutes a day with a few short runs a week (just because I like to run (wait.....did I say that out loud?).
