Cinnamon Oatmeal, Egg, Cauliflower Bowl

1 egg + 1/2 cup egg whites

1.5 cups of Frozen Cauliflower Rice

Cinnamon

Coconut oil spray

1 T Nut butter

1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats cooked in 1 cup water

1/2 cup berries (whatever you choose)

1/2 Banana if you wish to add that too!

1/2 Tbsp of pumpkin seeds

1/2 Tbsp of Cacao Nibs


Cook oatmeal in 1 cup of water and a dash a salt on stove top or in microwave.  (3 minutes)

Heat a small and medium sauté pan with coconut oil spray.  Cook eggs and egg white mixture in small pan and cauliflower rice with cinnamon in medium pan.

Once every thing is cooked, combine eggs, oatmeal and cauliflower rice together in a large bowl.  Then add fruit, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds and nut butter to the top.  Mix all together and ENJOY!!!
