Overnight Oats
1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1/2 Tbsp nut butter
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Raspberries/Blueberries
The night before put the oats, almond milk and chia seeds in a container and cover. The next day when you are ready to eat, add the collagen and mix. You may need to add a little more almond milk if it is too think. Then add fruit and nut butter to top and enjoy! I eat this cold and love it! Some people don’t enjoy it cold so feel free to heat it up and then add your toppings! :)
